Refund policy

You can try Pro free for 14 days in the app before you pay, so you know what you're buying. If it still isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

Ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. The same applies within 14 days of a renewal you didn't mean to make.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or a fault on our side kept Pro from working. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask

Email hello@krewbots.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our reseller, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded licence key stops working.

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
